The tracking number showed that the shipped to Canada parcel remained in USPS International distribution center in Los Angeles for 2 months. Finally, after filing numerous unresolved complaints with the USPS, we determent that USPS lost this International Express mail parcel, and our valuable customer received a 100% refund from us.
