I've been buying books on eBay for 20+ years, and seldom leave negative feedback even if deserved. $300 book listed as "Like New" had significant flaws. Poor packaging may have added to the damage, but both the front and rear free end-papers had been crudely and noticeably replaced, so the book would have had little to no collectible value anyway. Had to initiate return through eBay. Seller then became non-responsive, so I had to wait the required time and escalate the case to secure the refund.
