The shield was as described and arrived in a timely manner. It was well packaged ( better than others I have received) and well constructed. There was even a link to a video for installation, as well as a customer support number.
A consideration is to inform customers that this shield will not fit ALL Arai Quantum or RX7 shields. The “X” after the helmet model, (I.e. Quantum X, RX7 X) means it is a separate model, versus it fits ALL Quantum models, as I have seen in the past.

I ordered two pin locks for my helmet, One for each of in my visors. So I wouldn't have to switch it. Only one came and the 1 that came didn't fit.
Seller provided Instructions. I explained. I already have one on a different visor it fits just fine. I sent them pictures of it not fitting and they still refused to send money back. But why don't you provide a way to receive videos?? Let you check
