How do I contact you?

What countries do you ship to?
We do offer International shipping - to over 70 countries worldwide.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Per Florida law we are required to collect Florida sales tax on foreign coin or non-legal tender bullion sales of $500 or less. All Legal Tender US Coins & Currency are tax exempt. Additionally any coin or bullion orders over $500 are tax exempt.
What is your return policy?
There are no returns on bullion items. Collector coins may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if there is an issue with the coin or holder and if a 14 day return option is mentioned in the listing. The return policy, if any, will be noted in the eBay listing.
Can I get a price adjustment if the price goes down after purchase?
No. We don't charge you more if the price goes up after you buy and we don't credit you if it goes down. The metals market is both fluid and volatile. Once you buy you are locked in and may not cancel your order for any reason. Prices fluctuate and we may change prices at our discretion. Many items update automatically from a live feed. We cannot make a price adjustment after the sale.
When will my order ship?
Shipments are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location. Shipping times provided by eBay are estimates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal payments through eBay. In situations involving non established customers making very large purchases, a wire transfer may be required.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to eBay once the item has shipped and you will be notified with an automated email.
My order never arrived.
Please check the tracking information for your order as your package may still be in transit. If you placed an International order, it is important to check with your local Post Office and/or Customs Office as the package may be awaiting clearance.
All orders we ship are fully insured. We must wait a period of 2 weeks from the last tracking update before we can file a claim. If the package is lost in the mail we will send you an affidavit, file a claim and get you a refund or replacement as long as the item is not marked as delivered, and there has been no tracking activity for two weeks.
Do I have to pay customs tax or other shipping charges on international orders?
Yes. Any additional import duties, customs fees, shipping/handling charges or taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office, postal office or local FedEx office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
I've purchased by mistake, can I cancel my order?
Yes, but you must contact us immediately via eBay messages and request that your order be cancelled provided you have not paid. Repeat cancellations will result in being blocked. Once the order has been transferred to our shipping department it cannot be cancelled.
I received the wrong product.
If you received a wrong product please contact us via eBay messages or call 1-800-362-9004 Ext. 511 and we will promptly work with you on resolving the issue. All shipments are digitally recorded on video to allow verification of accuracy.
How do I return my product?
All Returns or Exchanges, when permitted, must be initiated within 14 Days of receipt. Please contact us either by eBay messages or phone 1-800-362-9004 to receive a Return Authorization. In most cases we will send you a return shipping label. You can send all returns to:

How will my order ship?
We do not have shipping options outside of our current shipping policy at the moment, but we are working on integrating more options on our website and eBay store in the future. Shipping methods are used at our discretion, however most items will ship according to the following:
$1-$249: USPS First Class Mail (Delivery Confirmation)
$250-$2,500: USPS Priority Mail (Signature Required)
$2,501-$7,000: FedEx Ground (Exception- P.O. Box - then goes USPS Express)
Above $7,000: FedEx Express (Exception- P.O. Box - then goes USPS Express)
What happens if my order is returned to you by the postal service?
It is our policy to cancel the transaction refund in full all returned items. If you refuse delivery without letting us know why, you will be blocked.
Do you forward packages or send to alternate addresses by request?
We do not forward packages and our shipping system pulls your address directly from the user profile. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct and formatted properly. We can only ship to your registered eBay/PayPal address. We will not ship to drop locations or non USPS boxes. We will not allow forwarding or ship to alternate addresses: NO EXCEPTIONS.
Do you accept offers or give other discounts?
No. We will not respond to offers unless you see the "make offer" feature, and we do not offer any other discounts.

No. We do not carry or offer OGP, COA, or Storage Devices unless specifically stated in the auction.
