GREAT EXPERIENCE- boxes arrived faster than advertised and this was during the high shipping volume Christmas season! Compared to boxes we have purchased in the past from other sellers, these were much more UNIFORM and put together CLEANLY instead of all sloppy. Box came with tear, doubt it was trouble with seller. Fast enough shipping, item as described however these should probably be even cheaper. It is the cheapest made stand I have ever bought. Don't bump it before setting your instrument down, the cradle may fall off.

Well i ordered a jersey frame and it came in with the glass broken and reached out to them and they sent put a replacement immediately. When the next one came in you could tell that FedEx just trashed the package. It was all beat up and broken again. Reached out again and they issued a full refund. Even though I received 2 broken frames their customer service team was excellent and very fast responses and got me taken care of even though they were broken. They helped me out. Would recommend. A++

Communication could be much better. I have bought multiple sets of comercial folding chairs from Millionshare and they arrived fairly quickly brand new in the box with no damage. However, communication could be better if they took the time to respond to inquiries or questions us customer may have in regards the items being offered or pricing. In the last couple of weeks price have been changing back and forth so i decided to switch to a different supplier. Other than that. This chairs are great.
