Read carefully… both the comments and item description. My 3 wood was in excellent condition as described but the description did not say that the 3 wood didn’t come with a head cover. How ridiculous! Also, the packaging of the club left something to greatly be desired. Thankfully the club was not damaged in transit. I’d say I got a great deal but that’s b/c they a la carte the club and skimp on shipping materials. I MIGHT buy from Mike’s again. Also, Communication was nonexistent

The club had a bent shaft that happened during shipping when the box was crushed. There was no packing to protect the shaft, other than the head. A quick email to Mike's and a replacement was on the way almost immediately. Kudos for quick reply and service. Replacement club also arrived packed the same as the first. This should be improved with better packing. Still, great service and clubs as described.

Item was in excellent condition as described and price was good. The only thing that was disappointing was that I purchased two clubs and they combined the two clubs into one box but charged still me $16.95 for each club. Took a week and a half to arrive in Hawaii, but that may be the carrier. The previous club I purchased from Mike's too over two weeks to deliver, but that was USPS. This time with Fedex was a little better.

This seller is fantastic! I have bought from them on more than one occasion. The clubs are securely packaged when shipped and are exactly as pictured. They could easily be described as “like new” as you cannot tell the difference from a brand new club. Their customer service is first rate with excellent and immediate response to inquiries.
