arrived quickly, packed unforgivably badly. item as described, end of roll bargain trimmings so i was expecting them rough, but that doesn't mean not to bother wrapping them!! yet they were dangerously hanging out of the envelope as it came through the letterbox, deliverer left as quickly as possible, and you can see why, though they had done what they could to wipe the envelope of a nasty mishap. i shall not endanger another unwitting postie by ordering here again. grossly negligent.

Ordered the squared mesh but they sent the the wrong mesh!!
Contacted on a Saturday, they said they would send a courier to collect the wrong item on Monday. I waited in all day on the Monday and nobody bothered to collect!!! A whole day wasted.
I purchased the mesh more locally as the timings were ridiculous. Not a great service at all. Will look more locally if I ever need to purchase more mesh in the future.

The item arrived, well packaged, however, the dispatch date was when the company printed off the label, but wasn't sent to the EVRI collection point for a further 2 days. Once EVRI had the package it arrived in 2 days. They get poor reviews but my experience has been that EVRI provide an excellent service and is misleading when the labels can be produced at home and then sent several days later. I am happy with my purchase, but wish companies would be honest as to when the items are dispatched.
