Store Policies

Please read our store policies and item descriptions before buying or bidding on our items.  We don't feel it's unreasonable to expect you to know what you're buying before you buy it. 

We do our best to describe all items in our listings clearly and simply.  If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before bidding.  We have also posted information pages in our store concerning discounts, processing times, how to order, and more to address most questions. 

When placing your order, please leave us a note or message us with your personalization details. We try to process and ship each order within 1-3 days of receiving the order. If we do not receive personalization information within 7 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled. 

Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.  BUT if we make a mistake on your order we will replace it FREE or take other action to correct the error. 

We're human & we make mistakes occasionally.  We will do what we can to correct it as quickly as we can.  We ask that you contact us immediately to allow us the opportunity to make things right with you before you leave negative feedback. 

We are not responsible for the following:

Items lost or damaged in the mail.  After our mail carrier picks up the packages they are out of our control.  We recommend that you opt to have your items insured.  If you have insured your item and need assistance with filing a claim because of loss or damage, we'll be happy to help you.  If you did not insure your item and it is lost or damage in the mail, we're sorry, but there's nothing we can do for you.

Customer Errors:  Customer errors include but are not limited to request for wrong size, failure to request specific colors for the design, misspelled names or words (we paint them the way you spell them), failure to fully read the item description before buying.

When in doubt about an item, please ask.  Many misunderstandings and purchase errors can be avoided simply by asking a question in e-mail.  We have supplied shirt sizes with measurements, helmet sizes and manufacturer descriptions, and other information to help you make an informed decision.  If we've left out any information it only takes a moment to type a quick question and get the answer.

Returned packages:  If your item is returned to us because your mailing address is no longer correct you will have to pay postage again to have it forwarded to your current address.  Please check your address on all ebay and paypal records for accuracy.  We will send you an email notification if your package is returned to us and request your correct address.

Feedback:

Positive feedback will be left for all buyers who pay in a timely manner or contact us to make us aware of delays in making payment.  We love giving positive feedback to our buyers!!

In the event that there is a problem with your item please contact us so that we can correct the mistake rather than leave us negative feedback.  If you decide to leave negative feedback instead of contacting us we are under no further obligation to take steps to correct the problem to your satisfaction.  We may offer you a refund of the sale price minus shipping charges if you return the item, but that offer will only be made at our discretion. 

Non-paying buyers and buyers who leave negative feedback will be blocked from bidding on future listings.
