The amp arrived on time around 4 pm yesterday, magnificently packed. However, upon putting it in my system, I discovered a problem with one of the input level controls (potentiometers) causing a channel imbalance that is not easily correctable. I then notified the seller and reported the problem. This morning I received a full refund. This demonstrates the seller's professional integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. My film was not as described through a tech error, but it was clear this was a most exceptional occurrence given how the seller responded and offering a full refund including postage without forcing me to incur the cost of return international postage.
