Can you ship via UPS/USPS/Postal Service?

In order to provide our customers with the most consistent service, we exclusively use FedEX. Some delivery accommodations can be made, if the request is put in before the order.

Is signature required?

All orders require a signature upon delivery. You can receive tracking notifications, and even sign for your package online in advance at the FedEx website. If you will not be home to sign for your package, you can even have FedEx hold it for you to pick up at your convenience. When you receive your tracking number, proceed to for all of options available to you.

Is it possible to receive my item faster (expedited/overnight)?

We are able to provide expedited services on most items. Please contact us in advance of placing your order to get a quote and for availability.

Do you ship to Canada/Puerto Rico?

We only ship to the USA. We do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico. Please find a local seller if you are not in the USA.

Does the item include a manual, power cord, rack ears, etc.?

We guarantee to include any required accessories for operation, e.g. power cable, usb cable. Accessories such as rack ears, if in stock, will be included. Footswitches will be included with every amplifier that would come with a footswitch, when new.

Is it possible to pick my item up if I am local?

We allow for local pickup, but please note that processing/handling time will need to be accounted for. Please contact us prior to making the purchase to arrange pickup. Items can only be picked up on business days between 11 AM-4 PM. Items will only be released to the name of the purchaser, and ID is required.

Can I pay using a method other than PayPal?

The only payment method that we accept is PayPal. We appreciate the notion of you saving us money on fees, but we cannot accept any other payment method.

How do I get my warranty?

To receive a full warranty for any item that we sell, you must register your item at the respective website for the product brand that you have received, within 90 days of purchase.
