Experience could've been better, but the seller made it up. The item shipped was different from the ones listed in the posting pictures. But it didn't bother me, as it came with the exact configuration as listed in the posting. However, it came with a different hard drive. Seller made it up to me by giving me the option to replace the disk or get a refund. I chose the refund because I didn't want to wait anymore. I still recommend this seller for their efforts to make it right.

At first I was hesitant on purchasing refurbished items since I wanted new but can't beat the price and from appearances, it looks like I just pulled this from a retail package. All necessary items were included (dongle, cable, instruction manual, and even the stickers--even that note from Ming was included).
