PAYMENT

PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted through PayPal's secure check out system.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express credit cards are accepted if you do not have a PayPal account.

Electronic checks via PayPal will have to clear before any item(s) ships.

A sale tax of 8.25% is charged to all orders shipped to the state of Texas.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within one business day Monday-Friday.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product's price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

USPS First Class Mail International estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks. Tracking outside the US it’s available to select destinations, contact us for more information.

Expedited shipping services with tracking are available at buyer’s request, please contact us for rates.

Transit times are an estimate. Packages can be delayed by customs.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day from the day of you receive your item NO QUESTIONS ASKED, HASSLE FREE return policy.

Returns must be in brand new odor free condition with all tags and labels attached.

All returns require a RMA number in order to be processed. Returns received without a RMA will be refused by our shipping department and will be sent back to the sender. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24-48 hours after all product(s) have been received.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For hygenic reasons and the safety of all our customers the following products cannot be return even if they are brand new an unopened; compression shorts, mouth guards, protective cups, socks, swim suits, supplements, undergarments. Elevation Training Masks can be returned as long as they are unopened with the tamper proof security label intact.
