The item I ordered had free shipping. The post office ended up charging postage due to the dimensions, I reached out to the seller and got a response same day. Within another 24 hours and sending a receipt to the seller for postage paid, I was refunded even more than what I'd paid for postage. Would definitely do business again. Seller was quick and apologetic in handling a minor inconvenience.

Seller was very kind and respectful and was able to help me with my questions about the item I purchased, overall service experience was wonderful. And when I didn't receive the item on time, it wasn't the sellers fault but rather issues with the local mailman in my area refusing to deliver anyone's mail. But in the end I got the ribbon cable that I absolutely needed to fix my PS4 controller and it works perfectly!
