Have not had an opportunity to use the charger. However, it arrived in sturdy packaging, looks as advertised. The price for this particular charger was appropriate . Shipping was free, however, took much too long to reach Texas. I ordered a motorcycle helmet from another merchant in the same town. It arrived in two days. The charger took over a week. My advice? Inquire about shipping time before you order.

Very happy with this purchase. Shipped quickly and the jacket arrived as described and pictured. Will check out this seller first when looking for motorcycle attire. The shipping cost on this item was high but the jacket and armor make a heavy package, and the item price was very good, so it leveled out to be a good deal.

"I did not receive all the items that were shown in the product description. When I contacted the seller to report the issue, they questioned my honesty. The missing items were only two small stickers worth approximately 50 cents. I provided pictures of the items I received along with all the necessary documentation as per their request, but I am still waiting for a resolution. These business practices are not acceptable."

Buyer contacted us after installing them, so that gave him limited options (cannot return used stickers). We asked for a picture of what he received so we could research it to help him. Once we finally received the correct picture from him it was determined that we did send the correct item. Even though we did nothing wrong, we still gave him a couple courtesy options. We did what we could, but sometimes that just is not enough for some people :(
