Seller shipped the item with the packing torn open and items missing. It was clearly hand torn open so this isn't anything that could have happened in shipping. They knowingly shipped it that way. Contacted the seller first sending pictures ... no response. Started an Ebay Refund ... no response. Finally eBay automatically refunded several weeks later after no response from the seller. Ebay doesn't need sellers like this.

Product was not packaged correctly and I received a empty bag with a sales sheet . So I ask for a refund and the seller expects me to contact usps like packaging and delivery is my responsibility to look into no give me my refund. Now the seller is being unresponsive and has not refunded my money.

We asked for a picture of the damage and the notice that USPS provides with all damaged products so that we can file a claim and provide a refund. None of our requests were honored. Also, damaged packages would also have the packing slip torn up as well. Just odd.
