Order Handling Time
All non-Bullion Product Orders are processed the Same Day we receive confirmed Payment if received before 2 pm Pacific Time.
Due to additional Safety & Security policies, Orders for Bullion products cannot be processed Same Day but are typically processed withine One (1) Business Day.
Orders for products purchased in "eBay Deals" may take up to Two (2) Business Days for handling due to high volume.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Carrier and Service Level for Standard Free Shipping is based upon package value as detailed below:

Tracking Numbers
Tracking Numbers are uploaded to eBay as orders are shipped. You will receive an automated Ship Notification email message from eBay with Carrier and Tracking information when the Order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Estimated or Guaranteed Delivery Dates are provided at the time your Order is placed. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, shipping method and service level.
Transit Insurance
All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the Destination Address. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us through eBay messaging in order to initiate a Claim.
Changes to Shipping Address
eBay and PayPal policy requires that Sellers only ship to the address provided with your eBay Order and PayPal payment confirmation. If you need to change the Address you should cancel your order and place a new order using the correct address.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on most products through the eBay Global Shipping Program. However, we do not ship Bullion products internationally at this time.
International shipping is available to most countries although certain restrictions apply and we do not ship to all countries - please refer to each Listing to verify that we ship to a particular country and to see the cost for shipping.
