Can I pay using PayPal? We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up for PayPal is easy; it takes two minutes. Once you have joined PayPal you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we'll need to properly ship your item. Payment must be confirmed before we ship your item(s).
Can I pay using a credit card? Yes but since eBay only lets you pay through PayPal on their site you must call or email us with the credit card information in order to make your payment in this method.
What other methods of payment do you accept? We only accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Can I pay by C.O.D.? Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time.
If I pay with PayPal will you ship to an unconfirmed address? Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.
Do you ship internationally? Sure, just not to Italy and Nigeria.
What happens after I have paid for my item? Orders are normally processed each day Monday through Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 1:00 P.M. C.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. After processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a tracking number. Due to us operating a retail store as well as an internet sales outlet there may be times where on hand stock conflicts. In this case we do our very best to keep you informed on your order.
What shipping methods do you have available? We ship our items with a variety of carries such as USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. All of our items ship under our own account, no exceptions.
When can I expect my order to arrive? After your order has been processed and shipped, the shipment usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster or overnight expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.
How much are the shipping fees? The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover all shipping, handling and packaging material costs for the product. They do not cover any fees associated with international shipping during pick up such as duty tax or brokerage fees.
Do I have to pay sales tax? Since we located in Florida we are required by state law to collect 6% sales tax when shipping to all FL state addresses only.
Do you allow local pickup at your location? No, we do not allow for pickup at this time.
What do I do if my package was lost or damaged? If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipping company. You may call the shipping company Customer Service to begin a claim with them. Please contact us immediately as well. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact the shipping company and our offices immediately.
