  A: Once we recieve the payment notification, Any where from 6-24 hours. Due to the extremely high volume we sell we do our very best to get the orders shipped same day, But thats not always possible! Be patient, We take great care and pride in your order as you will soon see when you get it.

  A: Usually our warehouse in Long Island NY, Sometimes we may use other locations, But very seldomely

  A: Yes we do, Most listings offer that option, If not, Ask us for a quote. Note: we dont ship to Italy and Africa.

  A: Anywhere except Pakistan, Africa and Italy due to high rates of fraud.
 Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
  A: As listed in the auction, If not listed, email us a shipping quote.
 Q: Do have to pay return freight on damaged/ defective items I got from you?
  A: Yes, But we pay the way back to you, fair is fair!
 Q: What is my tracking number?
  A: Once your order ships you will recieve an automated tracking email from the carrier (either USPS or UPS) You can usually also see it if you hit the view order details drop down tab from your won items list in your my ebay page.
 Q: What happens if my shipment gets damaged?
  A: UPS offers free insurance up to 100.00 (if your order was shipped UPS) Otherwise it is your responsibility to request insurance to have it. (most of our shipping is free, Insurance IS NOT)
 Q: can pay you with a credit card?
  A: We accept credit card payments through paypal
 Q: How does returns work with your comapany?
  A: We are authorized dealers on all our items, We'll be more than happy to do our vest to assist you. the listings do normally state the warranty on them, But for example If you bought a pioneer product and it offers a 30 day warranty, You will be responsible to pay shipping it to us and we'll cover you on the way back.
