● We are not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a trackable shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Original packing is preferred and full insurance is recommended. The RMA number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels.
● Items must be post marked within seven days of receipt of the RMA number or the item will not be accepted for return.
● Products must be in resalable condition in its original packaging with all original paperwork and/or accessories.
● Items tampered with or missing pieces will result in an immediate VOID of refund or replacement. The returned item will be inspected and tested before any action or refund is made to a buyer. Fraudulent claims will be denied a refund and access to any of our listings in the future will be blocked.
● The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
● Refunds will be for the auction bid / listing amount only, shipping amounts are non-refundable.
● If an item is found to be as stated in the auction or sale, the item will be sent back to the buyer at their cost. Payment for re-shipping MUST be paid before the item will be resent to the buyer. OR...
● If the problem is our responsibility as a seller, we will pay the cost of reshipping of the correct item as listed in the listing back to the buyer. OR...
● If an item is found to be as stated in the auction or sale but the buyer does not want the item, the buyer will receive a refund consisting of their purchase price LESS 20% restocking fee. Again, the shipping price is non-refundable.
● If cancellation of a sale is desired before the item ships, there will be a 10% service charge to cover certain credit card and eBay fees.
