A somewhat disappointing purchase. While the listing photos showed damage to a couple of the figures and clearly stated sold "as is", the seller did not note that the damage was due to the plastic having become brittle rather than normal use. In fact, the plastic was so brittle that all but 2 of the figures arrived in much poorer condition than shown in the listing. I had never seen brittleness in this color figure by Marx so I had not thought to ask if brittleness was the cause..

Sorry You're Not Happy With Your Items. I Wish You Would Have Contacted Me First Before Leaving Feedback. I Have No Control Over 50+ Year Old Plastic And Was Unaware Of Any Brittleness As I Recently Acquired These From The Original Owner. I Would Have Been Happy To Try To Resolve This Issue If You Hada Let Me!
