Due to the fact that the bag was sent without internal padding, it received numerous creases and was unwearable. Looks ugly and untidy. the bag was damaged by poor-quality inner packaging. The seller is sociable, easy to contact. But the bag is damaged. I wantedto buy a quality item as it was in description: New with tags. The picture showed a high-quality bag without creases. I received a damaged item. It's a pity.

Bag new with tag, buyer never contacted me and claims are false. Pictures were of actual bag and if damaged in shipping she needed to contact me rather than leave negative feedback
