On October 14th In all fairness the listing was vague, but any buyer that thinks he is going to buy 9 new 277 volt bolt on breaker for $22.50 freight included is delusional.
I apologized and refunded his $ without asking for return,and revised the listing so it wouldn't happen again.
I'm curious, did you get 9 other breakers you purchased breakers for $22.00. I didn't think so.
And this was corrected the day you received the breaker
