Shipping

All orders will be shipped within1- 3 business days of receiving your order. After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us via the koups.com eBay seller account.  We normally use USPS and UPS.

Shipping and Item Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, an investigation must be conducted. Please keep all packaging from any damaged shipment, as the carrier will want to inspect the damage. Please contact us to initiate a tracer within 14 business days of placing your order. If the package is not located, the carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Koup's Cycle Shop and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Koup's Cycle Shop will gladly refund your original payment. When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please email us within 15 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Koup's Cycle Shop within 15 days may not be honored for replacement.

International buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and custom duty fees.

Easy Returns

We want you to have total peace of mind when buying from Koup's Cycle Shop. That is why we have an Easy 15 Day 'No Quibble' Returns Policy*.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or you simply change your mind, no problem. We’ll gladly exchange the product or refund you, it’s your choice.

The only thing we ask of you is that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it. That means unused with the labels and tags still on. (Clothing and Gear cannot have been worn.)

  • You can return an item up to 15 days after purchase
  • You can make returns by mail or at our retail store
  • All items must be unused in original packing with all labels and tags
  • We will exchange it or refund your money (less shipping)
  • If the item you received was damaged or we shipped you the wrong item, please email us immediately at returns@koups.com

The Self Service Returns Process:

  1. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container if you still have it.  If not, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.
  2. Include a copy of the invoice or packing list.
  3. Please tell us why your returning it and if you want a refund or exchange.
  4. For your own peace of mind and security, when returning your items, we recommend you send them with a tracking carrier (USPS,UPS,FedEx). Koup's Cycle Shop accepts no liability for items lost in transit.  All costs for returning goods are your responsibility unless we have delivered a wrong or a faulty item. (International customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs and customs fees regardless of issue.)

Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we have processed your return we will send you an email to confirm that a refund has been issued or the exchange product has been sent. You will be refunded by using your original payment method ie. Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.
