At KegWorks, we stand behind the quality of our product and we try our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If you need to return an item, please get in touch to discuss. Since many return situations are different, we handle returns on a case by case basis. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the package. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes less applicable restocking fees. Shipping fees are unfortunately non-refundable. Any items returned that were part of a "Free Shipping" promotion will have the original shipping costs deducted from the refund total.
*Please note - any item that has been used cannot be returned unless we feel an exception should be made. For example, we normally do not accept returns on keg taps/picnic pumps that have been used as they cannot be resold as new once contact with beer has been made. Unfortunately pumps are the type of item where purchases are made with intent to return after a party or event takes place and they are no longer needed. If you purchase a keg pump and have a problem with it, please get in touch and we will work with you to get it fixed. Any consumable product that has been opened or the seal has been tampered with may not be returned. If there is an issue with an opened consumable, please get in touch to discuss.
As with anything, situations vary and we handle returns on a case by case basis. If there was an error on our end - for example, if we ship you the wrong product - you will not incur any expenses. Some returns may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. We would love to bypass these costs for you, but unfortunately in many cases, we cannot. Sometimes these restocking fees are direct from the manufacturer or special order product and we, KegWorks, are charged this fee for the return. If it is not necessary to charge a restocking fee, we don't - but we must note this for our protection.
We ask that you please order carefully. Review your shopping cart to make sure you have selected the correct products. Read full descriptions of our products including measurements. We also suggest that you check out your products as soon as you receive them, as you have a 14 day window for return from that point.
You may exchange any item purchased within 14 days. Pending inspection, an exchange will be issued.
In most exchange instances, there are no restocking fees. There are however some unavoidable restocking fees for custom orders such as bar rails and large ticket items such as refrigeration items.
Return and Exchange Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern. Authorization is required for any merchandise return.
Contact us via phone or email. Give us your KegWorks order number, a description of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
We will then provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Write this number on the outside of the return box. RA numbers are valid for 15 business days after issue and we must receive returns within 14 days from the date your order was received. No returns will be accepted without an RA number
Put the returning item(s) and a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the Reason for Return) in the original shipment packaging. Please include all product-packing materials.

Items must be unused and in original condition including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. All orders filled correctly may be subject to a minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($10.00 minimum charge).
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless the cause for the return is a KegWorks error. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments. For your protection, we recommend you insure all returned packages. KegWorks is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged. Any items returned that were part of a "Free Shipping" promotion will have the original shipping costs deducted from the refund total.
Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($10.00 minimum charge). Heavy or oversize items shipped via truck, including keg refrigerators, are also subject to return freight charges.
Your return will be processed as quickly as possible, upon receipt. This may take up to 30 days. Also note that credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
