We know it's not easy buying bras online, that's why we provide you with as much information as possible to help with your purchase. If you do need to return your purchases for any reason our 14 day returns policy has you covered.
14 Day Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days or receiving your order for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs. Any items being returned must be complete, unused and in their original packaging with any labels still attached and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Incorrect & Faulty Items
If we happen to send you an incorrect product or there is a fault with your product please inform us of the issue immediately and return it to as as per our returns procedure below. Once we have confirmed the there is a problem we will provide you with a free replacement or full refund.
It's very important that you follow the correct returns procedure when returning items back to us. This is as follows:

- Arrange for the items to be returned to us via courier and insured up to the value of the goods being returned.
If you do not follow this short returns process we reserve the right to not refund or exchange the product and may retain the returned product until a re-delivery charge has been paid.
