There were several blank flashcards in one of the packets. I contacted the seller who was quick to respond and quick to send a replacement. Also, seller only charged $4 for shipping (it was reduced) and no shipping cost on replacement. Very good experience. I would definitely order from this seller again.

The case is as described, but the key does not fit into the locking clasp; the seller is willing to send a replacement case (they don't have extra keys), but this is a major inconvenience as I already had to take off work to be home to sign for delivery. The accessory pouch is large, thin, and, without structure and makes contact the head scroll when closing the case, not ideal. The case is frustrating to line up when closing. All in all a good case and key may not be seller's fault.
