Great shipping cost, and the item arrived very fast. One tire was flat, and the bearing fell out, with no seal on the 6003-2RS bearing. I was disappointed as the description said that both tires held air. I know how it goes when I buy something used, and, likely, the seller was correct at the time of the posting. I rated positive, knowing I would replace the bearings and tires just sooner than I had planned. It was a good price and a good seller.
