· How can I see if the item comes in other colors and sizes?
If you go to our store search and type in a few key words of the
product all the items similar will come up.
· Do you sell anywhere else or have a catalog or store?
Currently we sell on Ebay, Ioffer and Facebook.
· Do you sell in large quantities or wholesale? No.
I’m sorry but we only sell online retail.
· Do you give deals on multiple items (ex. Many of the same
dresses for a dance company recital?) Always feel free to send
us an email and we may be able to work something out.
· I would buy this item but I feel it is pricey? One of
the best things about our store – MOST items are listed at buy it
now/BEST OFFER!! Feel free to shoot us an offer. We just may accept it!
· When do you receive new items? We order new merchandise
almost weekly. Become a fan of our facebook page (the link is in our
store) and view items before we receive and list them!

· Has my order shipped? Go to my Ebay, click on won and
find your item. If it has been shipped you will see a packaged box icon
next to the title of your purchase.
· How long does it take for order to be shipped out? All
orders are shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
· How long do packages take to arrive?

2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (guaranteed in 2 business days – usually
arrives in 1 business day)

I track my order? All domestic orders include tracking. Go into
my ebay and look under items won. Underneath the title will be your
tracking number if your item has been shipped. Click on the number and
it will tell you the status and location of your package.
· How much is shipping? You can find the shipping amount
for each item just under the price on the actual selling/description
· Do you give any shipping discounts? Yes! We combine
shipping for an additional amount of $2.99 per item! Both international
and domestic purchases! We also give FREE shipping for orders over $100
– United States only.
· What payment methods does Jersey Glam accept? Currently
on all the website we sell at we only accept Paypal.
· When is payment due? Payment is due within one week of
the auction listing.
· Is the payment method secure? YES! Paypal is one of the
most popular online services for payment for companies. We never even
see any of your credit card information.
· How do I figure out what size I would be? On our store
page is a tab for a size chart. You can also email us for measurement
of the item you are interested in.
· What dept. size do you carry? Pretty much all of our
clothing is Juniors, some is also Misses.
· Do you accept returns? I’m sorry but we only
accept exchanges for a different size. If there is a problem with your
purchase you feel should be corrected we may make an exception. Please
note – swimwear and lingerie can’t be exchanged for
· How do I go about doing an exchange? First please email
us on Ebay and let us know that you need the item in a different size.
We will check that it is in stock and let you know if we have the item.
Then as soon as we receive your package in NEW condition your correct
size will be sent out. PLEASE NOTE – we do NOT cover shipping
charges. You must pay to have your own item sent back and we charge a
lower than original shipping amount to resend the item.

returns? ALWAYS PLEASE email and notify us if there is a
problem prior to leaving feedback. We extremely appreciate having the
