My 3rd time purchasing from this seller. Every experience has been excellent. Descriptions are spot on records are packed properly & prices are extremely reasonable. There's some negative feedback about shipping. He ships once a week on Fridays I believe. So if you order on a Saturday, it may not go out for another week. Given his excellent prices & quality items this is just a minor inconvenience. Just be prepared for a slightly longer delivery time and you will be very happy with this seller

I'm very happy with this purchase!! This seller does have some negative feedback--nearly all of it is about shipping delays. TBH, I did have to wait longer than usual, which was initially frustrating, BUT the seller responded to my emails in a timely manner AND, most importantly, while they all needed a good cleaning, the records were all in great condition--BETTER than described!! Add this to the VERY reasonable prices and I am a happy, and soon to be loyal, customer. Thanks!!

Great price. Packaging was decent. Communication was so-so. Time between being told it was on its way and when it actually arrived was much longer than usual. Upon following tracking, USPS didn't actually accept this until a week after I started messaging seller about it. So, if you're expecting swift delivery here DON'T. See their other feedback regarding this.

I will start out by saying I didn't get what I ordered (some of which I really wanted). However, I got a pretty good assortment of music, with 2 exceptions. When buying a CD lot, that happens. I got 24 CDs, not the 16 I ordered and at least 12 of them were really good and I probably would have bought a CD lot with them all together. The Seller communicated very honestly. The shipment was well packed with sort of reasonable shipping costs. I'd probably give this store another look.

Overall, jaxrecords really does care about his customers. He under promised and over delivered. The card actually arrived 3-4 days sooner than listed. Intially there was a week delay in getting the card to the office, but i believe he also runs a store so got to give him some credit. There was delays in shipment tracking info, he assured me he would do all that he could, either a refund or claim. The negative review people are unable to be pleased. I was 100% satisfied with his customer service.

I will leave this as positive feedback..with an additional note. Seller did issue partial refund after the delivery was finally made with what looked to be USPS inspecting and opening the box, but with no sticker saying so. That is strange. Post Office didn't accept package until 1 week after Shipper was printed. That is questionable. I'll leave it at that and say that after all was said and done, Seller rectified issues. Thank You
