The package arrived Friday, right on schedule, and everything was in new condition. The only negative was when I received an email in the first week saying that my package had been delivered. I knew it hadn't been delivered, so I emailed the seller, but received no reply. A few days later, the package was delivered here. It turns out that the first delivery notice was for the package being delivered to eBay's warehouse. I wish someone had explained the process to me.

Sorry about this! We cannot answer the phone in time, as we were short-staffed at the warehouse. However, when a warehouse colleague first got in touch with you, he confirmed with you to send a replacement. We also sent you the tracking# on eBay after the replacement was sent. And on your side, you have not been cooperating with us to return the original tank, in the case that we offered the prepaid label. After we were told that the tank was lost, we also didn't ask you to return the tank.
