FAQs
Is my financial and personal information secure?
Yes, all personal information is transmitted using secure SSL web pages. These pages are encrypted to ensure that no personal, financial, or identifiable information is made available to anyone other than you, your bank, or the processor.

What payment methods do you accept?
Transactions are processed exclusively via PayPal. PayPal provides the seller and buyer with the highest level of protection, as well as a seamless, instant method of payment. Please note that even if you don’t currently have a PayPal account, you can still easily use your credit/debit card to pay via PayPal.

Do you accept Paypal?
Yes. As you complete your checkout, you will use your PayPal account to pay for your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Depending on your state and local jurisdiction, JM Bullion may be required to collect sales tax. Please note that your sales tax is dependent upon where we are shipping your bullion, and not necessarily your home address. If you store your gold and silver bullion somewhere other than your home state, please make sure to check the sales tax rates for that location.

Will gold and silver go up in value?
We cannot guarantee that gold or silver will go up in value. Like any investment, gold and silver can and will both increase and decrease over time. Again like other investments, gold/silver is a long term purchase that has a proven track record. While we cannot guarantee that gold or silver will increase in value, history has proven its long term viability as an investment vehicle.

How are your prices determined?
Our prices are determined by the spot prices of gold and silver, in addition to our fixed premiums for each product. Our spot prices, provided by Xignite.com, are accurate up to the second, and we add on our premium per ounce for each product to come up with the final price. We update our eBay listings every ten minutes with up to date market pricing to ensure customers receive the most current pricing possible. Please note that individual eBay listings remain active while prices are being updated, so you don’t need to worry about items going out of stock or disappearing during a price update.

Do you have minimum or maximum order sizes?
We do not have a minimum order, but we do limit eBay transactions to a $60,000 maximum per order.

Do you have a return policy?
We do not accept returns.  You are covered by eBay Buyer Protection.

Can I modify my order?
No. Unfortunately order modifications require tremendous effort on our part, as our system is largely automated. They also tend to result in shipping and billing mistakes on our end, so we do not honor modifications.

Can I cancel my order?
No. We begin to process your order as soon as it is completed, so unfortunately we cannot permit order cancelations. Attempting to do so typically results in pick and pack or billing errors, so we do not allow order cancelations.

When will I receive my order?
Customers typically receive their packages within 5-10 business days depending on their shipping address location. We attempt to process all orders with same day shipping, but the typical worst-case scenario would be next business day processing. From there, the transit time depends on the carrier. Customers receive tracking numbers as soon as their orders queue up for pick and pack, so they can track their order from the time it leaves our facility until it arrives to their doorstep.

How much do you charge for shipping?
All JM Bullion listings on eBay offer free, insured shipping regardless of order size or quantity.

How do you ship orders?
Our shipping carriers are selected based on order size and contents, however the majority of packages ship via USPS. Please note that orders over $750 require a signature at the time of delivery. You can view more info here: JMB Shipping Policy.

Can you combine separate orders?
Unfortunately we cannot combine separate eBay orders into one package. To order multiple items in one package, please add each listing to your cart before checking out so all of your desired items are on one eBay order.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, simply contact us and we will begin the insurance claim process. If your items are not recovered, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with our insurance claim policies; provided, however, you agree to cooperate with us in filing a claim for damaged/lost merchandise in any manner we may reasonably request, including the signing of an Affidavit stating the circumstances surrounding the damaged/lost merchandise.

Do you ship internationally?
No, at present we only ship to USA addresses, PO Box Addresses, Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses.
