Frequently Asked Questions
  A: During check-out change the "Ship to" address to reflect the address you want the item shipped to. We are REQUIRED to ship to that address. If you made a mistake request that we cancel the sale and start over.
 Q: Will you LOWER THE PRICE if...
  A: All pricing is non-negotiable and as shown. We do run sales from time to time and often have a volume discount offer that usually kicks in after buying 4 shirts. You can "watch" this item and wait for a better sale as sales change about ever 30 days. We do not entertain any requests for better pricing.
 Q: Tell Me About The PRINT process. Is it screen print, transfer or DTG?
  A: All our items are printed on demand using the Brother GT541 Direct to Garment Printer. This process takes under 5 minutes and the end result is absorbed into the fibers of the shirt, so it's not able to be felt with the bare hand, and will NEVER crack or peel!  Q: What BRAND of shirt do you use?
  A: We order only Gildan brand, Heavy Cotton (G-5000) shirts but our supplier has the right to substitute other name brands to avoid an outage. Generally they'll send Jerzees or Anvil but occassionally FOL or hanes. NEVER an off brand. This is RARE but possible.
 Q: What TYPE of shirt do you use?
  A: We prefer the Gildan brand G5000 heavy weight t-shirt. 4xl and larger may be the G8000 50/50. We do sometimes substitute brands to avoid out of stocks so some shirts could be Jerzee, Anvil, FOL, or hanes but these are RARE. We use Gildan hoodies, sweatshirts and long sleeves too most are 50/50 quality.
 Q: I feel my item is NOT AS DESCRIBED
  A: You are pre-approved for RETURNS. A FREE return shipping label will be provided. Simply go to your purchase history and begin the return. Please note we define description as the size and color you ordered, and NOT with quality of the print as your order was printed on demand with no description of final appearance, just a promise of a FREE Return
 Q: What is your payment policy?
  A: HoneVille is in "Managed Payments". This means you pay eBay, not us and we have no control over payments in any way, shape or form. Please direct payment questions to eBay.
  A: First please review all the questions and answers. I'm pretty sure YOUR question is covered up there. I'm basically a 1 person operation and with 37,000 active listings and millions of shoppers questions can quickly get overwhelming. They're easy to miss but we try to respond within 7 business days.
  A: You are pre-approved to return you item. A FREE return shipping label will be provided. Simply go to your purchase history and select RETURN. The return is mediated by eBay and a full refund is guaranteed to you.
 Q: Can I change the PRINT LOCATION on the Shirt?
  A: We do not offer choice of print locations. Most shirts are described as, and shown as being printed on the front of the shirt. We do not honor any requests to change the print location from what is described and consider all requests to do so as "unreasonable demands". The location, as shown, can't be changed.
 Q: The SHIRT COLOR I want isn't available from the drop down menu
  A: The menu box contains a complete list of available shirt color options for each design. If a color isn't on that menu it's not available at this time, for this item, on ebay. Once a color is chosen and the item is bought the color you selected will be the SHIRT color we send.
 Q: After buying the shirt can I change the size or color selected?
  A: No. Your shirt will be made up within minutes of buying in the size and color that you selected. If you selected the wrong size or color you may request we cancel the sale or return the item for a refund once it arrives. We have a post office attached to our building so keep in mind items often become property of the PO within minutes of ordering
 Q: I'm Not happy and want all or some of my money back.
  A: You are pre-approved to return you item. A FREE return shipping label will be provided. Simply go to your purchase history and select RETURN. We do not barter for "discounts". If you're not happy please participate in a Free return.
 Q: Do i have a choice in the COLOR OF INK used on the shirt?
  A: We do not offer choices of ink colors. All designs are as shown.
 Q: Can I CUSTOMIZE THE SHIRT in some way.
  A: We do not customize shirts on ebay. All listed shirts on ebay are for the exact item shown only. This also includes print location. Nearly all of our shirts are printed on the front only and there is no option to have it placed on the back of the shirt, nor to add additional text or names.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Shipping is FREE within the USA rather you buy 1 or 100. There is no charge for shipping so there is no discounts given on shipping. We do run auctions from time to time that do not include shipping and the price of shipping is firm and per unit purchased.
 Q: I paid but want to change my shipping address.
  A: Sorry, we are required by ebay to ship to the address entered in during payment. We often ship within minutes but if we haven't shipped your order we'll agree to cancel the sell if you send the request. You can then re-purchase using the correct address.
 Q: How Do I Return This Item?
  A: Simply go to your purchase history and select return from the drop down menu. You are pre-approved to return you item. A FREE return shipping label will be provided. Simply go to your purchase history and select RETURN. You are pre-approved for a return for 30 days.
 Q: I Got the WRONG size, color or item?
  A: Sometimes I trip over my humanity but the important thing is you are PRE-APPROVED for a return for a refund. YOU can't lose! This transaction will end in a refund and if you desire to give me a second chance to do it right you may repurchase your item. I'd like to say I'm perfect and never make mistakes, but I do, please return for a refund. Thanks

  A: We have our own post office in our building and the post office picks up their mail daily at 2:30 CST. We upload tracking to ALL listings so please check the tracking information.
