This pull out cabinet organizer arrived early and was exactly as described. I installed it in the bottom compartment of my pantry cabinet so I no longer have to get on my knees to retrieve anything in the back, the organizer shelf just pulls out. A paper template was included that made locating the points to drill the mounting holes very accurate. Thanks "Hold N Storage" for a quality product at a good price.
