After reserching different slot car kits, I thought this set had the price and features that I wanted and that my grandkids would enjoy. However, all of the normal retail outlets at which I shop were sold out. I placed my order, and in a couple days it arrived at my door. The new item had been carefully packaged inside a recycled box along with paper to prevent the inner package from sliding around inside. I recommend this eBay site.
