We do NOT accept returns for ANY third party graded items such as Comic Books, Magazines, Gaming Cards (Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, Yu Gi Oh, etc.) Sports Cards, Comic Cards, Video Games etc. Third Party Grading / Certification Companies, such as CGC, BGS, PSA, JSA, and any other third-party company provide an assurance of authenticity and condition that is recognized and accepted amongst the collectables community. We recommend that you evaluate all third-party items prior to making a purchase.
We do not accept returns on factory sealed products, such as sports cards or gaming cards. This includes factory sealed Packs, Boxes, Sets and Cases. Factory Sealed items provide additional intrinsic and monetary value. Thus, the reason why a sealed Case consisting of, for example 10 boxes is worth more than 10 individual boxes, and a Sealed box containing 36 packs is worth more than 36 packs, and a Sealed pack containing 15 cards is worth more than 15 random cards. Breaking the seal of such items is akin to seeking the return of a losing lottery ticket after being scratched off. We strongly suggest that you read the insertion ratios provided by the manufactures on their website before purchasing.
If you receive a damaged product and you wish to return it, please EMAIL AND/OR CALL US IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT.
Again, if you open damaged factory sealed product, we cannot accept the return.
We only ship factory sealed packs, boxes, sets, and cases, unless clearly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for contents of factory sealed products.
Due to random coalition, packaging and insertion of high valued cards into sealed packs, boxes, then cases by a card manufacture, we do not accept returns on opened products.
While we love to hear good stories of great pulls, all contents are beyond our control as we are not the manufacturer of these items. If you have a problem with the contents of any factory sealed item, for any reason, contact the manufacturer of this item.
It is impossible for us to control quality and/or content of factory sealed items.
Every item is professionally wrapped and packed to insure your items are not damaged during shipping.
Additionally, for your protection, as well as ours, ALL shipments are VIDEO TAPED during shipping to INSURE you receive the CORRECT PRODUCT, and to validate all factory seals. Your invoice and a close-up of the item(s) being shipped are videotaped from NO LESS THAN four different HI-Definition cameras.

- A STATIONARY WIDE ANGLE VIEW OF OUR SHIPPING AREA THAT ENCOMPASES YOUR ITEMS BEING SHIPPED AND PLACED IN OUR PACKAGE PICK UP AREA where they remain UNTIL UPS AND USPS COURIERS pick them up and exit our facility.

While we strive for perfection, mistakes can happen, and in the rare event they do, we want to be 100% certain, for the protection of all concerned, that it is documented. If we make an error, we do not want to doubt you. On the other hand, if a false claim is made, we do not want to be taken advantage of, and if we can help save others from such individuals, this will help.

*Combined Shipping is available on most items. For single cards the cost of combined shipping is minimal and many times free. If you are purchasing multiple items from us, please wait for us to send you a combined shipping invoice to you prior to paying.
*We prefer to ship UPS for safety and tracking purposes, but items of lesser value may be shipped by the USPS.
