The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.
- All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise [i.e. the customer, a.k.a. you]
- Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the original order date.
- Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Item(s) must be accompanied by the packslip from the return process noted above.
- Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
- Please note: Costume styles [colors and fabrics] are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise, however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We take great care to reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. If you notice any discrepancies before we do, please let us know so we can change our descriptions and photos to provide a better experience for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your understanding.
Items will NOT be eligible for a refund if:
- Item was refused upon delivery.
- An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
- Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method was chosen by the customer.
- An order is delayed due to an inclement weather system or any other uncontrollable incident that causes substantial disruptions to the courier's service.
There is a 20% restocking fee for sending a return without any paperwork. There will also be a 20% restocking fee associated with your order if your items are returned without the insert sheet included with the costumes packaging.
Incorrect Addresses and Return to Sender:
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $14 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.
Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $14 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.
If you wish to exchange an item(s), please place a new order for an item of equal or greater value first. Then fill out the return form completely with your new and old order numbers to indicate an exchange and post mark the item(s) back to us within 30 days of your original order date.
If there is a problem with your order, contact a customer care representative within 15 days of the original order date. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order.
All shoes that are returned must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. We recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area.
The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.

- Shoe covers, boot tops, slippers
- Eye lashes
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
- Prosthetic Noses or Chins
- Cigarette Holders
- Items in Factory Sealed Packages (Blister Packs)
