Without the seller realizing it, the unopened, boxed and sealed tube of mascara the seller sent that appeared to be new was thick and gummy and too old to be usable but when the seller was notified thusly, the seller graciously apologized and immediately refunded my money. What more can you ask?

The oil leaked on the bottle, label different than pictured and soaked with the oil, not attached to the bottle, and not packed in a nice velour bag like other buyers commented. Contacted seller and he apologized.
