All returned items must be in new condition as it is received including the original box, packaging, and accessories. Missing accessories or damaged will result in additional fees.


Replacements of Defective or Damaged Items:

How to have Solar lights have the best result:

Most of solar lights must have 6-8 hours of full sun in order to charge its internal rechargeable battery. On cloudy days, it only receives the charging at minimum stage and won't last very long at night so how long the unit lights up at night depends on the weather, locations, conditions and sunlight availability. Find a location with a lot sunlight with no shade to get the best result.


How to avoid buying the wrong size?

We recommend measuring your fence posts before you buy your caps. Take a random sample of your posts and measure with a ruler or tape that shows 1/8 inch. If your post measures 3.5 inches, you want a nominal 4x4 cap. Also, think about selecting a cap up to 1/8 inch bigger than your post. This will give you a small clearance of 1/16" around each side to slide the cap on more easily.


Which Kind of Rechargeable Battery to be chose for Solar garden lights or devices?

If you are not sure which batteries to purchase, first match your battery types and then the Voltage. The mAh is your choice: if you want a light that can illuminate for a longer time, you should choose the higher number of mAh.

Most commonly used rechargeable batteries for Solar garden lights are as below:

NiCD (other abbreviation: NiCD, NICad) 1.2V

NiMH (other abbreviations: Ni-Mh) 1.2V

LiFePO4 (other abbreviation: LiFe, Lithium-Ion Phosphate) , 3.2V

mAh (Milliamp Hours) – Applies to how much energy the battery can store . The higher the mAh, the longer the battery will last before needing to be recharged.

Please do not use the regular rechargeable battery to replace the solar rechargeable battery. Since the regular rechargeable battery is 1.5V. They have different voltage. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as ones in your solar lights or device are to be used. Do not mix new and old batteries.


Comparing LED Watts and Incandescant Lamp Watts:

There seems to be a lot of confusion over this as many people want to compare LED watts with incandescant watts. The short answer is that they are not easily comparable! An incandescant light bulb consumes 40, 60 or 100 watts of POWER. Approximately 90% of power consumed is given off as heat and the rest given off as light.

The term Luminous Efficacy is used to describe the ratio of the visible light energy emitted to the total power input to the lamp. This visible light is measured in lumens. Incandescant lamps are full spectrum devices where LEDs are not. LED's will give off a specific range of wavelengths. The power consumed to do this is very little compared to incandescant lamps. Comparing that to a 25 watt incandescant lamp (approximately 180 lumens) becomes difficult because the lamp consumes 25 times the power of the Cree LED but the LED has more visible light output. One must also consider the inefficiencies of converting AC to DC power, but even a 70% efficiency demonstrates that the LED is far superior to incandescant bulbs for illumination efficiency.
