FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Sorry, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO's, APO,s, FPO's, or U.S. protectorates. We ship most of our items within three days of verified payment by FedEx Home Delivery FREE inside the CONtINTENTAL U.S. If payment is made by Echeck PayPal will put a 3-5 day hold on the funds which will delay your shipping time until the funds clear your bank. We use third party fulfillment companies to ship our items, custom made items are shipped directly from the manufactures. We CANNOT control their actions we can only rely on the information they provide to us. It usually takes 24-48 hours once posted to update information. Returns For Continental United States
Our return policy varies according to the item but all new items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items received with no damage can be returned but the buyer pays return shipping costs and in some cases a 15% restocking fee. CUSTOM MADE OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, unless a mistake has been made by THE MANUFACTURER or the product arrives damaged. If you are not sure about a color or dimension please contact customer service PRIOR TO PURCHASING they will be happy to assist you with any questions you have. A lot of our items are handmade and color and finishes can vary from the picture used with the listing. Remember colors on your monitor can be adjusted so an item's color may not look on your monitor as it does when you see it in person. Pictures and descriptions are provided to us by our suppliers. We very rarely get to see the items personally, so we make a very concentrated effort to describe our listings accurately but mistakes do occur, we are not perfect, they are not intentional. If you receive your items damaged contact us immediately either by email through eBay or by calling customer service at 1-877-979-9393 Monday- Friday 9AM to 5PM PST. We will issue a return label if necessary or just send a replacement depending on the item and the circumstances. Most new decorator items can be replaced if damaged in shipping with proper photographic proof of the damage and without returning the item. Our antique and recycled décor items are sold as is with no returns. Please see the specific policy for the item you are purchasing in the listing for that item. PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY. If the listing states it is not returnable we will NOT accept a return on that item.
Shipping For International Orders
We do ship worldwide with some excluded international locations. A lot of our products can be shipped through EBAY'S NEW GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. To see if the product you are interested in qualifies (not all do because of size or weight) click on the "Shipping Payments" tab in any listing. Start with the US as the country then put in your country information. For example, if you live in Australia, choose that country from the drop down menu. Enter any "Zip" code required and if the item qualifies it will give you a cost for shipping and an estimated cost for any import duties. If it DOES NOT QUALIFY you will get a message to contact us for a shipping quote. We need your COMPLETE mailing address including City, county or province, your country, and any zip code you have to provide an accurate shipping cost. We do not ship to all countries so please; ask for shipping charges to your address BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. We use a variety of carriers according to item size etc. so if you have preferences for a carrier please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. We do not want to cancel sales because you are surprised by the high shipping costs outside the U.S. that we cannot control or change. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any additional VATS, IMPORT DUTIES, SURCHARGES, OR OTHER FEES imposed on purchases for international sales to your country. Please check with your customs department BEFORE purchasing so you are not surprised by their charges when your purchase arrives in your country.
Returns for International Orders
We DO NOT accept returns for international orders unless the item was damaged in shipment in which case we will replace or offer a discount for the item at our discretion. Under no circumstances will we accept returns for PERSONALIZED or CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER items shipped to an international location unless the item is received with a mistake made by the manufacture or in damaged condition. You must supply us with photographic evidence of the damage within 30 days from receipt to obtain a replacement or discount.
