Putter was delivered quickly. No communication needed, updates were sent through eBay. Seller was very prompt in shipping. I was about to to leave a neutral review for the item description. Decided to go back and relook at the listing prior to. Not only did they tell me exactly what it was in the listing but they even attached a video explaining it. I got exactly what was advertised. Great seller, I will buy from them again, but next time I'll read the item description before purchasing.

Item arrived in great time, could have used a little more packing in the box. There was only two pieces of brown paper. The item description is lacking on all of the sellers listings. I wasn't sure what grip this was comming with. The listing stated mint so I was assuming the head cover was there, it was not listed as missing, and came without one. There was no way to ask questions as the email was disabled. And when I used ebay contact seller, it stated it was disabled. So I took a shot.

They have messages turned off so you can't "communicate" with them. Also the listing doesn't show the actual club, just generic pictures so telling the condition of it is a chance you take. However I'm pleased with the condition of it, the price I won the auction was great, and the shipping was beyond fast. I'll probably buy from again it would be nice to be able to ask questions and see pictures of the actual products.

As in one previous order, I am a little apprehensive when ordering from this company, because they do not post ACTUAL photos(only stock) of the item, and DO NOT communicate whatsoever. But, alas the item was correct. Just know exactly what you order. Shipping time was only 3 days. Item securely wrapped.

I was apprehensive ordering from Global Golf for the first time because they REFUSE to include ACTUAL photos of the item (they only use stock photos) and will not engage in any communication. But the item came as described, decent shipping charge and delivered in three days. So I'm satisfied with the transaction overall.

First club received had wrong shaft but club otherwise was great. Replacement club had chunk out of crown/leading edge and I didn't feel that it matched seller's "very good" description as such. Seller resonded very quickly, offered a discount if I wanted to keep it and quickly processed my return. Hey stuff happens. Seller made good on the return and provided excellent customer service.
