Returns (Applies to all Returns)
Within 30 days of the arrival of your order, you may return items purchased from the GamerCandy eBay Store. A refund will be provided for your purchase, unless it was stated in the item listing as being "Non-Returnable". We will not refund the shipping cost of your return unless the return is the result of an error on our part. All returns must have a Return Authorization # (RA#) assigned prior to returning the Item. The supplied RA number must be on the outside of the shipping carton. Refunds for eligible returns will be credited to the payment method used on the original order. Items received that are not eligible for return or exchange will be returned to the consumer.
New or Unopened
GamerCandy will not accept returns for the following items:
- Any items that are more than 30 days after arrival
- Any items that have been opened or unsealed
- Any items that is not in its original condition, is damaged, shows signs of use, or is missing parts
- Any digital items or download codes
Defective (New or Pre-owned)
In an unlikely event the New or Pre-owned item does not work as described, GamerCandy will accept a return for the defective item. We will either refund or ship a replacement based off the buyers decision and our current inventory.
Used / Untested / As-Is or Broken
Under no circumstances will GamerCandy accept a return for any item listed as Used, Untested, As-Is, Broken or that was listed as Non-Returnable.
To return an eligible item for a full refund, please follow these instructions:
- Contact us through the GamerCandy ‘Contact Us’ page, asking for a Return Authorization # (RA#). Please supply the order number, item and reason why you would like to return the item.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a RA# or a reason why we will not accept the return.
- After you receive the RA# you may pack and ship us the product. Returns should be sent to: GamerCandy, Attn: eBay Returns, 3880 4th Ave East, Shakopee, MN 55379.
- Please send the package with insurance as GamerCandy will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and original order number. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton, in 1 inch numbers.
- Please remove your personal data from all items prior to returning them. GamerCandy is not responsible for any personal data stored on returned or exchanged items. Visit the Manufacturers website for the correct method of removing personal data from your console or device.
