I purchased the ice maker on November 27th and I was charged for the purchase immediately. I submitted a question regarding the brand of the ice maker three times over the course of the next week and never heard back. The delivery date came and went and I never received my item. I did get a full refund which was good. I’m confused and disappointed about my experience and will not purchase from this seller again.
