I made a mistake in my address by forgetting my apt no, I didn't realize initially and thought it was the seller's fault , the order appeared to be delivered but I didn't receive it so I contacted the seller for three days but to no avail (was a holiday). Fast forward i contacted USPS and reported the issue as well, after the holidays the seller reached out to me and the package was delivered that same day , I don't know how but this seller is A++++++, Don't hesitate to buy from him!

Listing says “free returns, seller pays shipping” but demanded that I pay for shipping back an unopened package. I don’t have the same kind of low-price bulk shipping contracts like the seller does (DHL to USPS), so shipping it back myself would cost almost as much as the item. Seller also shipped a 3oz bottle of perfume in a bubble envelope. I’m surprised it arrived without being smashed. I do not recommend this seller. They have what I think is a high rate of negative reviews.

Item was brand new still in original wrap packaging & included original box, as described; not so great on communication (wrote a couple of messages inquiring about product, requesting verification of correct scent that went unanswered); careful shipping. Aside from lacking communication, very happy!! This "revamped" (now Ange ou Demon Le Secret) perfume is not easy to find, ANYWHERE!! Thx so much!! 😁

Exactly as described which is why I consistently purchase from this seller for years now. Be aware though that seller now ships through DHL, which then turns in delivery to USPS which makes the delivery take way longer. However sellers items are legitimate and quality at a pretty unbeatable price.
