If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition as shipped within 60 days of the date of shipment. Merchandise must be in new condition with all tags and stickers intact.
RETURNING A HAT?: Please note that if you are returning a HAT, please DO NOT ship them in any type of flat envelope or flat box. They will get damaged and we will not accept them back. Please return your hat in the original box or similar size box to prevent damage on return.
RETURNING SHOES?: SHOEBOXES ARE PART OF THE SHOES. When returning shoes, the shoes AND the shoebox must be shipped inside another form of packaging. DO NOT return your shoes by using the shoebox as the return packaging. Using the shoebox as the exterior shipping container irreparably damages the shoeboxes and makes these shoes unsellable. For your convenience we have included a resealable polymailer bag with your original order that you can use as your return packaging. You can ship your returned shoes in this polymailer bag (please note this bag does not include return postage). If you do not package the shoes and the shoebox in another packaging, your return will be refused and you will not receive a refund/exchange
Items returned that are not in new condition, that are damaged or dirty, or that do not have any and all stickers that they came with will NOT be accepted as a return, unless they are defective.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
FOR DOMESTIC USA CUSTOMERS ONLY: For domestic USA returns and exchanges, we do offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange for something else, like another size or color, we will ship the exchanged for item at no extra cost once we receive your original order back to us. The product should be shipped back to us in the same packaging it arrived in, or in new packing material that will ensure it is not damaged upon return. Any damage by the buyer may disqualify your order from being returnable. ALL HATS MUST BE RETURNED IN A BOX, PREFERABLY THE ONE THE HAT ARRIVED IN. For shoes, please DO NOT ship back shoes using the shoebox as the packaging. Failure to follow these requirements will result in your return not being accepted.
