Q: Are your items authentic?
  • All our items are 100% authentic. We purchase our products directly from the respected brands and not third parties.
  • As a registered business we have invoices for every purchase we make and we can provide them upon request for your peace of mind.

Payment


Q: How can I pay for my order?
  • You can pay with any credit card or by charging your bank account if you have it registered with PayPal.
  • Immediate payment will be required to make a purchase in a BUY IT NOW listing. If you are unable to complete check out for a product you are interested in, at that specific moment, you can contact us and we will reserve it for you.
Q: Do I have to register with PayPal in order to complete payment?
  • No, you don't. If you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don't have a PayPal account?' and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
  • It is advisable though, to create your own account. It is fast and FREE. This way you can easily make payments, any time you purchase something through the internet, without having to input your personal information each time.

Orders


Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
  • You will receive an email from us to confirm that your item(s) has/have been sent. Our aim is to have all items that qualify to be dispatched within 24 hours.
Q: Will my order be dispatched on the same day?
  • All orders placed before 5pm noon CET, will be dispatched the same day.
  • For orders placed after 11am CET on Saturday or Sunday will only be dispatched on the following Monday.

Return Policy



We want to ensure you are always happy and completely satisfied when shopping with us. To ensure this, we GUARANTEE that you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 DAYS of the date you received your order.

Q: I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?
  • All items dispatched are inspected for defects and faults, in the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty you must report this to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • We will make sure that whatever the problem, it will be resolved immediately.
Q: I've changed my mind, what do I do?
  • This must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • All items must be returned unused, unopened and in pristine condition. By this we mean that all packaging and all cellophane wrapping, labels and tamper resistant seals must be intact.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
  • All items can be returned for whatever the reason.
Q: Do I have to pay for return postage?
  • NO, we will cover that us well either as a credit for a future purchase or by money back.
Q: How will I return an item?
  • We will give you all the details on how to proceed.
Q: When will I receive my refund / replacement?
  • We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and if not available a refund will be applied.
  • PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: The value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse.
  • The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.

Deliveries


Q: How will I know when my order has been sent?
  • As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order at all times till delivery.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for a European order and 7-10 working days from dispatch for an overseas order before notifying us.
  • It is advisable to check with your neighbors to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any places you might have where it may have been left, if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
Q: Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?
  • From the time you receive your dispatch confirmation email we would expect you to receive your order within 5-7 working days for deliveries within Europe, or 7-10 working days for deliveries overseas.
  • Any orders placed after 11:00am CET on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).
  • Please note we have to allow 5 working days for deliveries in Europe and 10 working days for deliveries outside of Europe to have passed before we're able to investigate the item as 'Lost in Post'.
Q: What's your delivery cost?
  • Delivery is usually FREE unless otherwise stated and delivery times may vary by country but are specified before your purchase.

Q: What do I do if I have not received my order?
  • Please contact us if your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery times.
  • Please remember that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 5 working days have passed for European deliveries and 10 working days for overseas deliveries.
  • We ask that you ensure you report any items not received within 21 days of placing an order.
Q: One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do?
  • All items if purchased together are dispatched in the same package unless otherwise stated. Sometimes items that are ordered on a different day or after 5pm may arrive with you on different days.
  • We will send you an email to let you know when each item is on its way.
Q: What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
  • In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. For most orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office.
  • You can always check online with the tracking number and link that we will provide upon shipping your order.
Q: Am I able to change the delivery address to something other than my registered PayPal address?
  • Yes, you can. Just notify us immediately after your purchase.
Q: Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
  • Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.
Q: When you ship overseas do you combine postage charges / send items together?
  • Yes, we do. Unless items do not fit in the same package. Postage depends on weight and size.
