eBay have brought in a system of Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) to give the buyer a chance to really rate the seller from 1 to 5 stars in 4 areas of the buying experience. My aim is to have 5 stars in every transaction, and I work hard to keep this in addition to my 100% PowerSeller Feedback. When giving your feedback, if you feel that I have not achieved the 5 stars in each category, I would appreciate you contacting me beforehand so that I can correct any mistakes for that transaction, and improve for future ones. Each customer and every transaction is very important to me!

My listings are generally pre-loved items which may show signs of wear. I take lots of photos from different angles, and list any ‘flaws’ that I find during the laundering process.

Was my description accurate enough to earn 5 stars? If not, please do let me know!

Communication:

I check my messages at least 3 times a day, and pride myself on my fast responses. I send a confirmation email once the package has been sent, to keep you informed.

Shipping Time:

Remember your item is coming from France!!

I ship items 3 times a week, so the maximum delay between paying and shipping is 2 days, and if I can get an item out the day it was paid for, all the better!

Because most of my items are sent internationally I am very used to packaging well and sturdily for protection so that your item arrives in the same great shape that it left me!

Do bear in mind that delivery times are beyond my control, but I do my part in getting it shipped as soon as I can. II only use expedited shipping, because I know you want it ASAP!! This usually takes 4 days to Europe and 8 days to USA, 10 days to Australia.

The French postal service is now adding tracking services, and where this is available I provide you with the number - so you can track its progress yourself!!
