ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All items must be returned to us within the first 30 days for credit. You will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus the original shipping charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for the return of non-defective items. In the case of a defective item, we will replace or repair it at no additional charge. We may require pictures of the defect. If a customer would like a refund for a defective item instead of replacement, then the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back for a full refund.
Shipping Damage: Please report any shipping damage to us within 5 days of receipt so that we can submit the proper claim with the carrier. We may require pictures of the damage. Please keep the item and original box in case the carrier decides to pick up the item for inspection. We will ship a new replacement after we receive the information needed to submit the claim.
