  • Payment
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
  • Shipping
    • Most orders will ship out UPS or USPS within one business day after payment clears.
    • Your order may sometimes be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail (air) service if you select Ground. Please contact us if you want to opt out of this upgrade.
    • You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
    • Packaging and handling are all included in the shipping price.
    • Please contact us for international shipping rates. Some items cannot be shipped internationally.
    • Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, NMI, AFO/APO may be subject to a surcharge. Some items cannot be shipped to these regions. Contact us for more information.
    • Large, heavy items like engines, transmissions, hoods, bumpers, etc., will ship out on a freight truck and must go to a business address with a forklift and/or a loading dock. Alternatively you can pick the item up at the nearest terminal of our choosing. Otherwise, a residential liftgate & delivery fee of $100 with be charged. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to prepare your freight shipment.
  • Local Pickups
    • We do local pickups! We are open 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri or otherwise by appointment only.
    • Please contact us first so we can have the parts ready for you.
  • Warranty
    • All items come with a 30-day guarantee from time of delivery, unless otherwise noted in the product description, and with the following exceptions:
      • Complete engines come with a 90-day guarantee.
      • Transmissions come with a 90-day guarantee.
      • There is no warranty on airbags.
    • We do not guarantee any compatibility information. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compabitility.
    • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returns or replacements.
    • Our warranty is for PARTS ONLY. It DOES NOT cover labor charges or any other liability.
    • All cores & rebuildable parts are sold as-is with no guarantee.
    • Item must be returned in the original condition in order to qualify for warranty.
    • Any attempt to disassemble the part will void the warranty.
    • If there is a problem with your item, please contact us either via phone or email. (Be sure to include all relevant info, like the order number.)
  • Returns
    • We accept returns within 30 days of order, unless otherwise specified.
    • Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Item must be returned within 14 days of RMA number being issued.
    • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returns, and the original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
    • Refund can only be issued in the original form of payment. (e.g. if you originally paid by Paypal, then the return will be issued to your Paypal account)
    • We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
