Was shipped faster than expected. The seller actually pays for shipping back if you are not happy with the item or it's defective. The item arrived with more than adequate packing material. The item also works perfectly and as described and an excellent condition. The price is right, the shipping was fast, and the seller is now part of my short list of trusted sellers. My laptop arrived in better condition than graded. Shipping was VERY fast and the laptop was packed extremely well. I ran diagnostics and they passed with flying colors. Computrace was deactivated out of the box, and no BIOS password was set. I am extremely pleased with this seller and recommend them to anyone looking for well-tested recycled electronics. I have had bad experiences with refurbished systems in the past but Erecycleronline is A+++++++ - highly recommended!!!

Seller messaged me saying my address had an error and he could not ship, i ordered plenty more things this day and only this seller claimed my address had issues. seller sent me that message and 2 hours later cancelled my order but NEVER replied to any of my messages asking why. seller has bad reviews and i would not have attempted to buy from seller if i realized sooner. avoid this seller. he has no problem cancelling your order and lying at any time ALSO I had to wait weeks to leave review.
