We do our best to ensure safe arrival of your orders. Unfortunately, damages do sometimes occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment, please Contact us directly and we will immediately arrange a replacement to you.
Please do not file an "item not as described" or as an eBay "Return Request" for damaged shipments.
Carriers are liable for damage in transit. Please examine the shipment immediately. Report any damage within 48 hours. Please send us photos of the damage and packaging material and we will file a claim with the carrier and send you a new product. Please describe the damage in as much detail as possible. Damaged merchandise must remain in the original master carton with all packing material. UPS/FedEx will inspect the damaged merchandise and the carton. If you notice damage while the carrier is on site, do not take possession of the damaged product(s), refuse delivery.
After the return is set up please hold the damaged product(s), along with any damaged packaging, for 30 days as the carrier may want to pick up or inspect it. If after 30 days you have not been contacted by the carrier you are free to dispose of the damaged product(s). On occasion certain defective merchandise needs to be sent back. In these cases we will email you pre-paid shipping label. The item must be sent back within 14 days after the call tag has been issued.
The products are fine, but I changed my mind
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please initiate a return request in ebay and will issue you an Return Authorization # and indicate what address the item should be shipped back to. We recommend Fedex as being the cheapest and most careful carrier. Fedex automatically includes $100 worth of insurance. Please purchase additional insurance if the package is valued at more than $100. Returned merchandise must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. You will receive a refund, less shipping. We pay return postage cost if item is being returned because of our fault.
Once the return is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise total minus shipping cost.
If your order qualified for free or highly discounted shipping, the actual outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total.
Products with quality problems
We try to describe each item as accurately as possible and have enough photos to show item details and condition. If for any reason you feel we have not met or exceeded your expectations, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
You can ship the item back for a refund. We accept returns and will refund 100% of your money including shipping and issue you a pre-paid return label when there are errors in the description or an item is defective. Please contact us directly and offer us the chance to process the return in a manner that will not negatively effect our seller account or your buyers account. We will issue a refund upon receipt of your item returned item.
